1 General Rules and Definitions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Withdrawal rules for bonus funds and real funds may differ.
• If any attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 499g VIP program has five tiers that provide users with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Criteria for advancing through VIP tiers are determined based on gaming activity on the platform.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

The following rules apply at all times for betting and gaming on the 499g platform:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, 499g reserves the right to void it.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by game and event.
• If a game or event is temporarily unavailable, bets placed during that time may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sporting events is conducted under specific rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake may be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

499g reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Participation in prohibited activities.
