499g's commitment to responsible gaming
We believe an enjoyable betting experience is only possible when gaming stays in control. Your protection is our highest priority at 499g.
Set limits, keep yourself protected, and always enjoy betting as entertainment.
Age Verification and Restrictions
499g is a betting platform for adults only.
For players aged 21 and above only. Account registration or betting by minors is strictly prohibited.
We ensure that only individuals aged 21 or above can create an account and participate in betting activities on our platform. Our verification process at the time of account opening enforces this requirement.
If a minor uses your device, please use password protection and make it a habit to log out. Parents can use parental control software to manage their children's online activity.
Important warning: Betting and casino gaming are risky activities. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose. Betting is always entertainment, not a source of income.
Remember: Betting outcomes at 499g depend entirely on chance. Past wins do not guarantee future wins.
If a minor creates an account in violation of our policy, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
Our responsible gaming tools
499g helps you keep control of your gaming. Use the tools below and stay safe.
Set deposit limits
Decide for yourself the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately, but raising it takes effect after a 24-hour review.
Time-out break
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, logging in to your account or placing bets will be completely disabled.
Self-exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. Request that your account be closed for 3 months to 5 years or permanently. Once this request is processed it cannot be cancelled.
Betting history review
Log in to your account at any time to view your full betting history and a record of deposits and withdrawals. Keep track of your own spending.
24/7 support
For any issues related to responsible gaming, our live chat support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you in Bengali. Do not hesitate to reach out.
